Troubleshooting and general assistance

We offer services of troubleshooting and assistance 24hrs 24/7 inclusive of public holidays. If you need something checked out or repaired, contact us at once and check our general price list here.

We offer responsive cover throughout the country with interventions within 4 hours anywhere within Nairobi city council and fast track for all our maintenance contract subscribers who receive precedence over non subscribers in our schedule.

Professional and trained technicians we permanently employ are on call whenever you need them. We don’t subcontract or rely on third parties in order to guarantee the highest level of service in terms of responsiveness and quality of work, in line with our company ethos that in the long run, quality always wins over short cuts and cheap deals.

Site Surveys and Energy Audits

When you purchase one of our systems we offer you a free site survey service to check the premises and make sure that when we start working there are no surprises or possible delays. We want to be in and out of your property as fast as we can and we want to create as little inconvenience as possible to your daily operations.
