Please note that all warranties provided by Climacento are an extension of the manufacture’s warranty, whereby we simply extend the conditions and terms that the specific manufacturer of the product purchased and installed by us offers to their clients.

As we are not manufacturers, we cannot issue warranties on the products we sell, but simply extend them.

The same applies to the loss of warranty terms & conditions, where we are bound to what is offered by the manufacturer.

At Climacento Green Tech Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our clients. However, we wish to clarify that any product warranties provided are strictly those extended by the respective supplier or manufacturer.

In light of recent challenges, such as the case with LVTopsun batteries, where the supplier/manufacturer is no longer present  in the country to honor warranty commitments, we recognize the potential for service delays and liability concerns. While we remain committed to supporting our clients within the bounds of these warranties, we cannot assume responsibility for warranties that cannot be fulfilled due to supplier/manufacturer circumstances beyond our control.

Moving forward, we are enhancing our supplier and manufacturer vetting processes to ensure reliability and continuity in service. Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our commitment to excellence.
