Maintenance is important to guarantee the performance and durability of your solar systems. Our preventive maintenance contracts comprises of a visit twice a year. The operations performed are:

 ·      Verification of the system integrity and check up for possible damages (hail stone, etc.)

·       Verification of roof mounting conditions

·       Cleaning of the solar collectors surface from dust and other dirt (animal and bird waist)

·       Check up of the pressure level of the expansion vessel

·       Check up for leakages at joints areas

·       Check up of the functioning of the and safety valves and cleaning of the same if needed

·       Check up of the functioning of the thermostatic mixer and cleaning of the same from dirt sedimentation

·       Check up of the roof integrity

·       Check up and, if needed, substitution of the magnesium anode that preserves the tank from corrosion

The purpose of the programmed preventive maintenance is to keep the installations/systems in good efficiency, through the periodical check operated by professional technicians who perform the routine verifications, regulation, oiling and cleaning operations required. All costs implied in part substitutions and the research of faults are excluded.  All that isn’t included in the description above is excluded.
